Kawarizmi is currently hiring for a Programmatic Media Trader to join our fast-growing team in Paris. We are looking for analytical applicants who are passionate about digital media and data and growth an endless curiosity about the trends that numbers can reveal.

As a Programmatic Media Trader working for Kawarizmi, you will be in charge of overseeing the daily operations of particular clients. You will operate as the liaison between the sales team and the Customer Success team in order to deliver our client’s campaigns.

At the same time, you will also be expected to onboard and manage 3 Junior Media Traders. You will be responsible for monitoring their overall performance within the organization, ensuring that they reach their weekly objectives, as well as guaranting that their needs are met both personally and professionally.

Responsabilities:

Day-to-Day:

  • Handle the optimization and management across Media Buying Platformsto grow and meet KPI’s targets ;
  • Implement and manage successfull bidding strategies on media buying platforms (DV360, Displayce, Xandr, Facebook ads, Snapchat, Tiktok, LinkedIN etc.)
  • Monitoring and optimizing performance indicators (impressions, clicks, sales, downloads, etc.);
  • Follow-up of clients (Advertisers and Agencies) in coordination with the sales team.

Analysis:

  • Identify opportunities to grow and scale cross-channel marketing for clients;
  • Analyze data to extract insights and transform those insights into actionnable changes that will accelerate performance;
  • Develop and run iterations to improve performances.

Collaboration:

  • Onboard and support 3 Junior Media Trader;
  • Work closely with Customers Success Managers to communicate campaigns strategies, progress and results;
  • Communicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, delivery, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis;
  • Present datas on monthly and quaterly calls to clients, reviewing metrics and optimizations.

Profil recherché

  • 3+ years of similar experience in a similar function
  • Experience managing large monthly budget
  • Experience with Programmatic Media Buying (DV360 highly recommanded)
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
  • Possess strong quantitative and creative-thinking skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are also a must.
  • Strong communication and leader skills. Ability to manage a team.
  • Hihgly organized, motivated and a self-starter

This is a full time, permanent employed position in Puteaux.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • An initial interview of 30 minutes with our Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss your motivations and your career path.
  • A second interview with one of your futur CEO to discuss the position in more details.
  • A last interview with the full top management team where we will test your abilities through a case study.
  • A reference check (ex N+1, a client, an actual/ex colleague)
