Kawarizmi is currently hiring for an Account Manager to join our fast-growing team in Paris. We are looking for communicative applicants who are proactive and passionate about the clients they may assist as well as the products offered by our organization.

As an Account Manager working for Kawarizmi, you will be in charge of overseeing the daily operations of particular customer’s accounts. In short, you will operate as the liaison between the sales team and the customer service department in order to maintain and/or create business with current/potential clients.

You will also support internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data, and identifying industry trends.

At the same time, you will also be expected to onboard and manage 3 Junior Account Manager. You will be responsible for monitoring their overall performance within the organization, ensuring that they reach their weekly objectives, as well as guaranting that their needs are met both personally and professionally.

Responsabilities:

  • Represent the company with a thorough understanding of our offerings;
  • Onboard and support 3 Junior Account Manager;
  • Receive and control technical elements (creatives, tracking);
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns by using Asana with Media Traders and the Creative Studio (Motion Designers);
  • Follow advertising campaigns in cooperation with Media Traders;
  • Management of client communication in cooperation with the Sales Team.

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor’s degree (+4/5) in sales, communications, or related field
  • Similar experience of at least 3 years in the same function
  • Minimum of one year experience in digital advertising
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport an collaborate with others within and outside the company.

This is a full time, permanent employed position in Puteaux.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • An initial interview of 30 minutes with our Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss your motivations and your career path.
  • A second interview with one of your futur CEO to discuss the position in more details.
  • A last interview with the full top management team where we will test your abilities through a case study.
  • A reference check (ex N+1, a client, an actual/ex colleague)
