As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in the decision-making process of each of our financings and, more generally, in Karmen’s overall risk management policy. Being an Investment Analyst at Karmen means being at the heart of an unprecedented revolution in the way in which digital companies are evaluated and scored.

You will work directly with Karmen’s Head of Credit on a variety of topics including quantitative risk analysis, loan execution & monitoring, and dynamic reporting on outstanding performance.

📽 Missions

Credit Analysis:

• Performing credit analysis and conducting additional research for credit decisions.
• Interacting with clients.
• Managing incoming pipeline priorities.
• Continuously optimizing credit- and credit-related- processes with the help of other teams (IT, Data, Sales, …).
• Ensuring Karmen and compliance standards are met.

Projects:

• Recommending changes and/or adjustments to help product success story.
• Interacting with the tech team to improve product features.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to assess customers’ profiles & needs.
• Working on tools and process improvement across the credit decisioning value chain

⚡️ What we look for:

Knowledge & Experience:

• Previous experience(s) in the PE/VC sector or in an audit firm (BIG 4) or in a corporate lending Fintech.
• Balances sheet & income statements analysis skills – accounting skills.
• Bank statements analysis skills.
• Pack office is mandatory, and VBA / python would be a plus.
• Perfect command of English (oral and written)
• Being very adaptable, rigorous, and curious
• Having a sense of responsibility

Education:

• Ideally from a business or engineering school (Bac +4/+5)
