Jus Mundi is looking for Customer Care Support based in the South/Central Americas.

This position is available remotely under a 6-month internship.

🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi

As a Customer Care team member, you’ll be the first point of contact for Jus Mundi’s clients and users. With your deep product knowledge, you’ll ensure they receive outstanding support and enjoy a seamless user experience.

Missions:

  • Inform and resolve customer issues via email and live chat,

  • Work closely with our Care team to identify and track common issues, questions, and feedback from our users,

  • Build relationships with our clients and users. The goal is to create social bonding with customers so that they feel well-welcomed and guided,

  • Activating their accounts on the back office,

  • Assist sales team with day-to-day requests such as activating accounts in the back office, sharing user lists, and following up on account activation.


Profil recherché

⚙️ Preferred Experience and Skills

  • You are based in the Americas (South or Central).

  • You have excellent written English & Spanish and communication skills. A third language is a strong asset.

Skills

  • You are interested in understanding international law and arbitration through the lens of computer science and cognitive technologies,

  • Knowledge of international arbitration is an asset but not required,

  • You love making other people’s lives easier,

  • You are a motivated and hard-working individual who genuinely enjoys helping others,

  • You are known for your strong adaptability skills,

  • Empathy: you strive to see the world from the perspective of your clients in order to anticipate their needs,

  • You like to work remotely.
