ℹ️ Job Description:
Owning our emailing tool (Brevo), you will lead our day to day email and customer communications and play a pivotal role in the growth of Jus Mundi. A skilled campaigns professional with excellent copywriting skills, you will be responsible for getting under the skin of our audiences, to discover what makes them tick, what they need and how they will respond. You will oversee our prospects and customer communications globally and seek opportunities to drive email engagement to turbo-charge lead generation, cross-sales, and usage of our products.

Your role will be to elevate the emailing channel to new standards. You’ll be responsible for defining and implementing our campaigns’ plan, maximizing ROI throughout to ensure objectives are met and performance targets achieved. You will have freedom and autonomy to test and explore what works best.

You will define strategies to build our opt-in base ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance. Using data to inform tests and decisions and with a focus on automation, we’re looking for someone who can step change our performance, building up on our amazing product and brand.

⚡ Your missions:

  • Define and implement email campaign strategy and KPIs with Marketing lead and Senior Management

  • Design and deliver email campaign plan incl; newsletters, lead generation, cross-selling, and nurturing campaigns

  • Track the performance of emails KPI’s, communicate results to internal stakeholders and share learnings and insights to continuously improve

  • Manage the Brevo database and customer segmentation. Be the internal Brevo expert and define how it can be configured to aid our business objectives.

  • Build, in collaboration with Sales Ops, the integration between Brevo and Salesforce

  • Develop a deep understanding of our value proposition, the needs of our audiences across segments and geographies and how to reach them through engaging and innovative copy

  • Draft clear and powerful on-brand emails conveying our amazing benefits and driving open rate and click rates

  • Craft diverse set of campaigns to support new product launches, cross-selling/up-selling, attendance to our events, opt-ins, …

  • Continuously test & learn approach to improve email KPIs e.g. through A/B testing

  • When possible, use automation to scale campaigns and increase efficiency

  • Work closely with Marketing team: product marketing, brand & comms, design, and the wider sales, expansion, care and partnership teams


Profil recherché

💼 Preferred experience:

  • At least 3 years of CRM & email campaign experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Brevo and SalesForce and how to integrate the two systems.

  • Excellent copywriting.

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.

  • A/B testing experience.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and ambition to create a new function and lead generation channel.

  • International profile, you thrive in a diverse and multicultural environment.

  • Autonomy and ability to independently prioritise, plan and coordinate people/processes to ensure seamless execution.

  • Highly analytical with a focus on making data-driven decisions.

  • Creativity. Able to create copy and design to stand out from competition.

  • Start-up experience or willingness to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.

  • Fast learner and adaptable with acute attention to detail, passion, excellent work ethics, and takes feedback well.

  • Excellent communicator. Equally good at listening as explaining / convincing others.

  • Knowledge of legal industry, arbitration, and high interest in tech and AI is a plus.
