Descriptif du poste

Our Team supports our clients as part of transformation and change management programs whether as driven centrally or by a specific department such as HR, Finance, IS etc.

As part of the team, your mission would be the following:

* Perform diagnoses to assess positive motors for change, resistance, impacts on corporate culture, people, processes and/or tools.

* Design and build tailor-made support in line with the client’s strategy.

* Implement and harness all available change levers to mobilize and engage key actors involved in projects.

* Ensure the operational management of your projects (decision-making support, steering, process redesign, ...)

You will manage your scope autonomously, be proactive, propose new ideas as well as extend and develop your knowledge and skills. 

As a manager, you have strong interest in commercial development including cultivating and managing new business, clients, offers and contracts etc. 

Internally, you will take part in the growth of the team, working hand in hand with your colleagues in various areas (communication, recruitment and training, marketing…).


Profil recherché

You are a graduate from an Engineering, University or Business School (Master's degree) and have a minimum 2 years of consulting experience designing, managing and delivering people related change projects in both digital and business transformation contexts. 

You know how to combine methodology, rigor and flexibility. Naturally at ease in human relationships, you can work both independently and in a team. As a dynamic person, you are ready to get on board and involved in a unique, positive and collective experience.

You have excellent communications and people skills, including presenting, facilitation, networking, active listening and at ease connecting and working across various industries, organizational levels and culture. 

You are fluent in French and English (C1 is a minimum), German is a nice to have.
