To help us succeed in this mission, we’re looking for an experienced Growth Hacker.

As a part of our Growth team, you will have a chance to join the the company early in our expansion on the US market and help shape Jow’s global success.

You will work closely with the Global Growth team and other marketing teammates to define and pilot growth marketing plan on the US market and support strategies to keep growing Jow’s presence in the US. In this role, you will also work cross functionally with both US Marketing teammates (Food, Social, Growth, etc.) and Paris HQ teams (CRM, Product, Growth, etc.)

What you’ll do :

  • Manage, optimize and scale our User Acquisition efforts on paid channels for the US (including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat, etc)

  • Work on the whole growth funnel : acquisition, activation and retention (with a main focus on acquisition

  • Be obsessed with finding new ways to maximize user and customer acquisition quality, activation and retention (leading new growth experiments, AB tests, etc)

  • Work on cross-functional/teams communication projects


Profil recherché

  • You are based in the USA

  • You have at least 3 years of Growth Marketing experience, especially on Paid User Acquisition (strategy, optimization and management)

  • Bonus : you’re familiar with other parts of the Growth Marketing funnel (PR, growth, CRM / email marketing, content creation and strategy, writing and copy-editing)

  • You have a very creative mind, never run out of ideas and are a very solution-oriented individual : there is always a solution to every problem !

  • You have great organizational and time management skills : managing multiple projects at once isn’t scary to you

  • You have a data-driven approach to growth

Bonus points (but not required!):

  • You can understand/speak some French (our HQ is in Paris and you’ll have a lot of French coworkers!)

  • You care about sustainability & climate change

  • You have some growth-engineering competencies (back-end or front-end)

    The hiring salary range for this position applies to the US as a whole, with the expectation that you will be fully remote. We do have a temporary working space in New York, so if you are local, you will be welcome to go work from there with our food & community management teams.
