At Jolimoi, we’re reinventing beauty discovery through a multi-brand social selling platform powered by a passionate community of independent stylists. Our mission: help everyone find the products that reveal their beauty, through a personalized, human, and transparent experience.

We’re entering a strategic phase with major technical revamp projects (e-commerce stack, internal tools, architecture), making it the perfect time to join the team and contribute directly to meaningful changes.

In this context, we’re looking for a Lead Developer to drive the evolution of our tech platform, mentor a team of developers, and contribute to structuring our technical organization. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Business teams to build a modern, high-performance architecture — all in service of a top-quality user experience.

🎯 Your missions

As Lead Fullstack Developer, you’ll have a key role, both hands-on with development and leading architectural and quality decisions. Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead technical decisions and actively contribute to product development

  • Guide and mentor the dev team on best practices and software architecture

  • Contribute to the rebuild of our e-commerce stack (Prestashop) and modernize core tools

  • Design scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures

  • Uphold quality standards: CI/CD, testing, documentation, code reviews, observability

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data and Ops to prioritize and deliver effectively

  • Be a driver of continuous improvement across organization, processes, and tech culture

  • REST APIs, Elasticsearch

  • Vue.js 3, Composition API

  • AWS infrastructure, New Relic, GitHub Actions

  • Integration with business tools (ERP Odoo, CRM)

Profil recherché

  • 8+ years of development experience, with at least 3 years in a tech lead role

  • Strong mastery of Node.js, TypeScript, and software engineering best practices

  • Solid experience with e-commerce platforms (interest in Prestashop a plus) or high-traffic applications

  • Deep understanding of modern software architectures (REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, observability…)

  • Strong mentoring skills: you enjoy sharing knowledge, structuring, and challenging solutions

  • Comfortable with agile methods, team best practices, and modern development (including AI usage)

  • Team player with a strong sense of priorities, rigor, and excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written): you’ll participate in technical discussions and collaborate daily across teams

  3. Technical peer-programming session with a team member

  4. Interview with our Engineering Manager and a Lead Developer

  5. Final interview with the CEO
