At John Paul, our digital team is inventing a new generation of concierge services by combining innovation with advanced technologies.
Our development team is made up of 14 talented individuals across 3 squads, and we are looking for a QA Tester (Junior) to join us.
As a key member of the team, you will play a direct role in ensuring the quality and stability of our internal CRM platform, based on Salesforce Service Cloud. This application is at the core of our operations, supporting our concierge teams in handling client requests every day, which makes your role essential to the company’s success.
Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Tester (Junior) to test new releases and functionalities of our Salesforce Service Cloud–based CRM.
This is a manual testing role, where rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to understand user workflows are key to guaranteeing reliability. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and business teams to validate features, document defects, and ensure every release meets our standards before production.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with squads to define and validate acceptance criteria.
Design, execute, and maintain functional test cases in Squash TM.
Validate new Salesforce features end-to-end before release.
Document and track defects, investigating issues with developers to identify root causes.
Perform regression and smoke testing before every production release.
Collaborate with business teams to ensure tests reflect real user needs and workflows.
We’re looking for a junior QA Tester who is rigorous, organized, and motivated to grow in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
A first experience in QA or functional testing (internship or 1–2 years).
Strong attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills.
Ability to quickly understand business requirements and adapt to complex internal tools.
Familiarity with QA and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, SquashTM).
Comfortable in English is mandatory: some meetings are conducted entirely in English, and you must be able to understand and actively participate.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
ISTQB certification (preferred).
Basic SQL and API testing knowledge (Postman).
