The missions will particularly concern bridging the gap between project identification and financial close by ensuring bankability, optimal structuring, and effective partner engagement. Our team supports large-scale industrial, energy, mining, and infrastructure projects across Africa and beyond, guiding investors and developers through complex financial landscapes.

As a consultant, your tasks include:

• Participating in issue definition and structuring

• Screening data sources, collecting and processing relevant quantitative and qualitative data

• Performing analyses to support project streams:

  • Conduct sector and market analyses (mining, energy, infrastructure, industrial ecosystems).

  • Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, M&A, PPP structures, project finance).

  • Support feasibility and bankability assessments, including tariff modelling and sensitivity analysis.

  • Draft investment memoranda, teasers, and presentations for clients, investors, and DFIs.

  • Assist in due diligence processes (financial, commercial, ESG).

  • Contribute to transaction execution, including debt raising, refinancing, and partner negotiations.

  • Maintain databases of sector projects, DFIs tenders, and client portfolios.

• Developing part or whole reports to support oral and written communication for owned scope

• Presenting recommendations to client teams with senior support

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to implement recommendations and action plans

• Professional Mobility to different locations as required by the assigned projects

Education:

• Masters’ degree in Finance from top International Business School

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, or infrastructure/project finance.

• Exposure to PPP/concession agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, and DFI funding instruments is a plus.
