KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Achieve sales targets
•Manage the entire sales process: welcoming, assisting, and advising customers; suggesting alternative/additional products; fostering customer loyalty; closing sales, and processing payments
•Provide each customer with a unique and personalized shopping experience, in line with highest retail standards
•Build and maintain a special relationship with customers to ensure loyalty
•Ensure adherence to VM (Visual Merchandising) guidelines
•Manage and optimize stock supply (labelling, anti-theft measures, product availability tracking, organization)
•Maintain impeccable standards in the sales area
•Signifiant expérience in sale
•Strong Customer service skills
•Product sensitivity (knowledge of fashion culture and competitive landscape
•Team spirit, proactive attitude, and adaptability
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
