Within IWD Group you will join the Visual Retailing team based in Haarlem in Netherland.

You missions:

  • Prepare and hold meetings with clients (prospects and customers) and collect information about the client’s business process, IT landscape and data usage (business process analyses, interviews, surveys, reports, RFI etc.) *. For exemple, preparation for prospects includes sometimes: set up environment of prospect data, fixtures and demo store for the salesman, to convince the prospect with his own products and not with demo products
  • Analyse and translate process and data to match with MockShop / ShopShape functionality to get the customers’ requests/needs fulfilled.
  • Formulate & document recommendations into specific templates/sheets of Visual Retailing to share with the customer as base for upcoming work/process.
  • Create and monitor project plans, timelines, budget, resources and process tracking based on the timelines from contract.
  • Rise flag if one or more points (from above) will not be within the timelines and/or need more days or assistance from sponsors and/or managers
  • Configure MockShop / ShopShape database to customer needs
  • Discuss interface options with IT of customer, setup, and test VR Import for customer, create batch files for automatic import. Transfer this to customer environment and train customer IT to monitor the import.
  • Install or assist with the installation on customer site of database (SQL) and client (Mockshop)
  • Create fixtures and stores (if necessary) for initial setup, based on customer needs
  • Train customers on MockShop / ShopShape solution within their environment
  • Present suggestions to clients for recommendation, practical advice, and best practice during training and on-site support

Profil recherché

Preferred experience & Skills:

  • A previous experience in a Saas company in project management or in a Support / Helpdesk service and have already used one or more ticketing tools
  • Teamwork & communication skills (internal / external)
  • Translate process information and customer requirements into MockShop/ShopShape functionality
  • Feedback loop to project team
  • Conflict and Escalation Management
  • Training skills internal/ external
  • Presentation Skills & Storytelling
  • Time and Budget Management

The essential “extras”:

  • A particular attraction for explaining and helping users
  • A person with IT/tech affinity, graphics Programs
  • SQL statements or Batch programming
