Building a strong partnership with our existing clients to ensure growth and sustainable development of the account.

As a Senior CSM, you will be part of the Client team and in charge of a portfolio of accounts. Your role will be to:

  • Guarantee that projects scopes are well defined and clients expectation are met.
  • Foresee the clients needs thanks to your expertise in the retail and merchandising environment.
  • Develop the accounts or expand existing projects by providing suitable solutions and services that IWD offers.
  • Build a long lasting collaboration and guarantee client’s renewal.
  • Lead technical challenges.
  • Interact with C-levels profiles and engage in strategic meeting.
  • Participate in the ongoing tasks of your team (processes, communication, pricing…).

Profil recherché

Your profile: Senior CSM with experience in Retail as a supplier, in software is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of software development process.
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule.
  • An autonomous, motivated, curious and open-minded professional, who enjoys working in a start-up environment within a small team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. Knowledge of the Adobe suite is a plus.
  • Prefers an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Native French Speaker, Fluent English is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Retail industry and Merchandising field is a plus.
