We’re looking for a highly organized, approachable and detail-oriented Student Operations Assistant for our Paris campus to help with leading the successful execution of our 9 and 24-week bootcamps. The role will require you to wear multiple hats and to work very closely with our students and global team members.

The Student Operations Assistant will be responsible for:

• Collecting and acting on course feedback to improve student satisfaction continuously
• All course-related operations & administrative tasks
• Planning, developing & hosting events and non-curricular activities to empower our students & strengthen our student/alumni community
• Building partnerships with companies in the tech ecosystem
• Supporting the Program Manager in managing all bootcamps (full-time & part-time)
• Onboarding students and collecting all relevant student information
• Assisting in hiring and training instructors and TAs
• Working with the global team to improve product and ensure transfer of best practices

#Is this you?

• French native speaker & fluent in English peferred. Ideally you have great copywriting skills to help us with French content.
• You already have previous experience in client-facing roles, business development or at startups.
• Extremely organized you prioritize tasks and take an analytical approach to solving any kind of problem. You’re able to problem-solve independently, but also ask questions when needed and take notes to learn as you go.
• You enjoy having tons of autonomy. We like proactive people, we will value your ideas and leave you place and time to execute them.
• The moment you get out of bed, you’re getting stuff done. 100% can-do attitude.
• You are excited to work in a startup environment. You will wear multiple hats and are always asking what else can you do to help. You will work very closely with our students, our global team, and with members of the Tech ecosystem.
• You love dealing with people every day and will go above and beyond to delight our students. You also have a strong flexibility and you adapt your speech according to the public you interact with (students, teaching team, companies, global team members).

Salary: €1000
Start: January 2022 for a period of 6 months
Location: Amazing coworking in the 11ème arrondissement, with rooftop, events and beers every friday.
