Descriptif du poste

As Business Performance Manager, you will join the Finance team and act as an internal business partner and performance manager. Your role is to provide business teams and leadership with reliable strategic insights and performance management tools to support growth and execution. You will transform data into clear KPIs, actionable dashboards and operational recommendations, supporting decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance & Data Steering

● Build and manage KPIs across Sales, Marketing, Client Portfolio, Events and Finance (P&L, margins, costs).
● Produce automated and recurring reports used by business teams and management. ● Design, maintain and continuously improve clear, actionable dashboards (Power BI / Tableau).

2. Business Analysis & Recommendations

● Conduct ad-hoc and recurring analyses (sales funnel, conversion rates, revenue drivers, margins, ROI).
● Identify trends, opportunities and risks.
● Translate analyses into concrete, actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing and the Executive Committee.

3. Execution & Progress Tracking

● Translate objectives into measurable milestones and track progress week after week. ● Support teams in monitoring and improving their performance.
● Contribute to forecasting exercises and performance reviews.

4. Data Governance & Tools

● Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across tools (CRM, finance, reporting).
● Work with HubSpot and multiple data sources (without owning the tools).
● Document KPIs, processes and playbooks in Notion to ensure adoption and alignment


Profil recherché

Hard Skills
● 3 to 5 years’ experience in business performance, analytics, finance or consulting
● Strong analytical skills with a clear business-oriented mindset.
● Strong command of tools: Excel, Power BI, CRM data analysis (HubSpot).
● Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.
● Fluent English (international context).

Soft Skills
● Autonomous, structured and execution-driven.
● Strong communication skills, able to simplify and explain complex data topics.
● Curious, proactive, with a strong understanding of business challenges.
