Job description
Context
As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues in order to meet our common goal: build the best customer engagement products and solutions!
Missions
Define QA engineer mission statements and evaluate their performance.
Train, motivate and coach QA engineers.
Review current standards and policies. Improve quality standards.
Monitor all operations that affect quality.
Ensure test strategy is well defined, shared and documented.
Ensure test plans consistency.
Improve automation strategy and define automation guidelines.
Review test artefacts to ensure that standards are met.
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
Support Load test engineers in Load tests design and execution.
Assist in the recruiting process.
How we work
Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads.
Main technologies used for this role
Selenium – Cucumber & Cypress (automation testing) – Jira/Xray – Confluence

Preferred experience
Required
3+ years’ experience as a Quality Assurance manager or relevant role in Agile context.
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
Good knowledge of Jira, Xray, Confluence.
Good knowledge of test automation frameworks (Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium).
Good communication skills.
Great attention to detail and a results driven approach.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with strong desire to help others achieve their best.
Fluent in english.
Nice to have
- Fluent French.
