We are seeking a CRO/UX Consultant to drive experimentation and optimization for digital user experiences on our clients’ websites, by leveraging Contentsquare data in order to generate exclusive vertical insights, as well as Dynamic Yield data in order to elevate the website optimizations. To do so, we need the best-in-class candidates to join this adventure and bring their motivation. As a CRO/UX Consultant, you will be at the core of data-driven value creation for Innocean. You will be a member of the Innovation Center team working with leading brands, especially for automobile industry.

Your Role.

As a CRO/UX Consultant, you’ll make data-driven decisions, and know how to clearly visualize user-needs and report them with best-in-class user experience optimization recommendation to our clients. You know how to use heat maps, user journey and session recordings to test your ideas. By presenting complex answers in a clear fashion, you’ll let our clients to brief possible 3rd party Designers and Developers know what has to be done.

Working together with DCX Director and Digital UX Analyst, you are able to map out problems, validate ideas through qualitative and quantitative research, analyze the outcomes and test the best possible solutions. You’ll be responsible for identifying a website’s key conversion points with clients and building a roadmap of A/B and personalization tests, as well as optimized user journey (UX roadmap), to further improve the overall conversion rates across several of our key clients’ websites in different European countries.

You will be based in the French office (Paris area), but you are going to work for European clients, in close relationship with Innocean colleagues from more than 5 different counties.

Your Key Responsibilities.

• Working with our clients to propose and execute the optimization programs from the identification, hypothesis and prioritization through to experience reporting and insight, in order to optimize customer journeys and build an optimization roadmap.

• Conducting Contentsquare/Dynamic Yield/Google Analytics reviews and turning data into insights, including cross-analysis of events and segments identified in various CRO/UX tools.

• Provide extensive analysis and insight using qualitative and quantitative data to analyze and understand website user behavior, flow, pain points and conversion.

• Provide testing hypotheses based on heuristic and data-driven analysis (KPI’s / Conversion).

• Produce and deliver presentations based on robust data insights and test results with statistical conclusions and recommendations, including digital UX roadmap.

• Ensure that all activities deliver against the client’s objectives and deliver a strong ROI.


Profil recherché

Your skills and previous experience required.

• You have previous experience working in a similar role, with at least 4 years of experience.

• You solve a complex set of practical issues for which (higher vocation) expert knowledge, analysis and overview about CRO is necessary e.g. policy, processes, project plan, business case, implementation.

• Responsible for experimentation programs where continuous CRO & A/B testing and research is being done.

• You are an advanced user of CRO/UX tools such as Contentsquare and Dynamic Yield (or equivalent A/B testing & personalization tool) to review user behavior. (Certificate holder will have a plus)

• Independently building CRO (year) strategy slidedecks and visualizing data, which means you can translate insights and your findings into strategic recommendations for the client.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory. (Fluency in German or French will be a plus.)


Déroulement des entretiens

You are going to have at least 3 rounds of interview :

• 1st interview with your line manager (DCX Director)

• 2nd interview with Innovation Center director

• possibly 3rd interview with European HQ (BU director and HR)
