The objective of the INCO Academy program you will be a part of is to support vulnerable and underserved communities in Europe to overcome barriers to employment by offering them access to free online training in green career pathways and tech skills as well as act as a bridge to employers to create new career opportunities.
Your mission in a nutshell? Supporting awareness and learner sourcing campaigns for our programs in Europe with a strong focus on local partnerships in the Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, working closely with our operational teams, communications teams, and external partners and funders.
**Your key tasks comprise the following:
**Program Planning & Execution
Work towards programmatic goals, and prioritize and deliver an excellent customer experience to our direct beneficiaries and partners;
Prioritize and allocate tasks effectively using project planning tools.
Independently manage small projects or specific components of larger programs.
Meet deadlines and maintain high quality across deliverables.
You will work closely with the team’s placement specialist, ensuring that learners are prepared to enter either the workforce or move onto further training.
Sourcing additional specialist speakers and mentors in careers advice and guidance.
Create meaningful connections for our learners and graduates.
Work closely with our communications teams to plan and monitor online recruitment campaigns
Putting together live events, whether online or in-person.
Create high-quality reports (financial/admin) with minimal guidance.
Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to streamline tasks and team communication.
Independently manage communication with key project stakeholders (internal & external).
Leverage existing networks and create new partnerships in relevant markets to raise awareness about our programs (working with diverse partners such as nonprofits, local institutions, influencers.)
Guide interns/program coordinators/experts on processes and tools.
Lead meetings and brainstorming sessions confidently.
Adhere to Legal, Admin & Finance guidelines.
Collect and manage data in alignment with INCO’s MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning) frameworks.
Your Skills
You have a demonstrated passion for education and/or technology
You have >3 years of relevant work experience in several of the following areas: Program/project management (preferably in IT education or similar), Community Management, Partnerships development; and have demonstrated an ability to develop lasting customer relationships with a vast array of stakeholders
You are excited about rolling up your sleeves, and getting in the weeds with our partners in order to hit programmatic targets;
You are open-minded, self-reliant and able to work remotely and independently while maintaining close links with your team through regular and transparent reporting;
You have some experience in social media and communication, recruiting participants for educational projects
You have some experience in facilitating one-to-many (virtual) workshops, panels and events
You are an excellent written and verbal communicator
You have strong technical skills and the ability to work well with data.
You have experience working in agile teams, adapting quickly to changing priorities and workflows.
You have knowledge of project management processes and systems to streamline operations, including productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, MS Excel, Hubspot).
Bonus: You are proficient in French and/or Dutch and/or German in addition to English.
