About the role
We are seeking a Financial Controller & Data Analyst whose role sits at the crossroads of controller, analyst, and internal auditor. Your mission will be to track and monitor, on a near-real-time basis, the financial health of INCO, ensuring that leadership has reliable insights and practical solutions for sound decision-making.
INCO operates through 20+ legal entities worldwide, creating a rich but complex financial ecosystem. You will work closely with our founder and leadership team, acting as the organisation’s financial problem-solver.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor cash flows and bank accounts in real time.
Manage intragroup cash flows and propose optimization strategies.
Track HQ overheads and expenditure, flag anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
Develop dashboards and financial visualizations to support leadership.
Monitor budgets vs. actual expenditure.
Build financial models and forecasts.
Respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership with precision and clarity.
5+ years of experience in a financial controller role, preferably within a multinational organisation.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in French and English is essential, with working knowledge of additional languages a plus.
Experience working in a global environment and managing geographically dispersed teams.
