About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller & Data Analyst whose role sits at the crossroads of controller, analyst, and internal auditor. Your mission will be to track and monitor, on a near-real-time basis, the financial health of INCO, ensuring that leadership has reliable insights and practical solutions for sound decision-making.

INCO operates through 20+ legal entities worldwide, creating a rich but complex financial ecosystem. You will work closely with our founder and leadership team, acting as the organisation’s financial problem-solver.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor cash flows and bank accounts in real time.

  • Manage intragroup cash flows and propose optimization strategies.

  • Track HQ overheads and expenditure, flag anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Develop dashboards and financial visualizations to support leadership.

  • Monitor budgets vs. actual expenditure.

  • Build financial models and forecasts.
    Respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership with precision and clarity.


Profil recherché

  • 5+ years of experience in a financial controller role, preferably within a multinational organisation.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluency in French and English is essential, with working knowledge of additional languages a plus.

  • Experience working in a global environment and managing geographically dispersed teams.

  • Passion for the social enterprise mission and a commitment to making a positive impact in the world.
