Responsibilities:
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a scalable and repeatable sales engine that enables us to exceed our ambitious revenue goals. You’ll design and optimize sales processes that grow with our customers and scale across markets and geographies. You’ll report directly to Albane, our COO & co-founder.
To achieve this goal, you will work on the following :
Sales process optimization
Design and refine sales processes to increase productivity and consistency.
Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
Data management & reporting
Maintain CRM data integrity (hubspot)
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
Performance analysis & forecasting
Analyze sales metrics (win rates, quota attainment, conversion rates).
Support accurate sales forecasting and goal-setting.
Territory & quota planning
Help the COO assign sales territories and set quotas based on data and strategy.
Ensure equitable and strategic distribution of leads and accounts.
Compensation planning
Design commission and incentive plans that align with company goals.
Track and ensure accuracy in payout calculations.
Cross-functional collaboration with field operations & Marketing teams
Work closely with operations teams as well as marketing to create new sales materials, align goals and share insights.
Serve as a liaison between sales leadership and other departments.
Training & onboarding lead
Guarantee the new rep onboarding by ensuring they have access to tools, training, and resources.
May also help with ongoing skills development and certifications.
Your responsibility will cover all 3 geographies of inbolt: Europe, USA, Japan

Skills we are looking for:
3-5 years of professional experience in sales ops, project management, consulting or sales
Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5 level) expected.
Completely fluent in English and French (C1 or C2 level).
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture while managing details.
