Responsibilities: As Head of People at Inbolt, you’ll be the architect of our global People strategy, building the foundations for high-performance teams across Europe, the US, and Japan. You’ll shape a bold, scalable culture, drive world-class employee experiences, and play a critical role in powering Inbolt’s next stage of growth.
Your key duties will include :
Act as a sparring partner to leadership on org design, culture, and team scaling across all functions.
Lead hiring, compliance, and HR operations for our European HQ and US/Japan subsidiaries.
Own complex international HR topics such as US visa processes, and cross-border employment law.
Design and scale a high-impact recruitment engine across markets:fast, sharp, and candidate-first.
Elevate our employer brand to attract top global talent in robotics, AI, and manufacturing tech.
Build exceptional employee journeys: from onboarding to internal mobility and career growth.
Define and monitor key People KPIs (turnover, engagement, comp benchmarking, etc.) to steer strategic decisions.
Deploy and optimize HR tools and processes that match our scale-up ambitions and operational maturity.
Coach and guide the HR Manager; provide strategic oversight while staying close to execution.
Structure the People function to support Inbolt’s rapid growth and international team expansion.

Required Skills
Fluency in English/French
Master’s degree in Human Resources (international background is a plus)
5-8 years of proven professional experience in HR, with a generalist dimension (HR core, HR processes and payroll).
Good knowledge of French and United States employment law and HR obligations (Japanese knowledge is a plus)
Strong sensitivity to people: you can handle delicate matters with humanity and agility
Proficiency in HR tools (Payfit, Deel, Gusto…)
