This can be seen across all types of manufacturing operations either automated or manual in aerospace, automotive, rails, oil&gas, etc. For all these operations, quality is guaranteed with guidance and control. Robotic operations require appropriate guidance in an increasingly flexible environment and manual assembly operations generate lots of assembly mistakes due to human error and thus require guidance and quality controls.
Inbolt has developed a solution composed of a vision-based tracking physical module coupled with its workflow guidance & control application. This module can be attached to any kind of industrial tools, manual or robotic, and allows every industrial to build and use real-time digital twins of any of its industrial operations.
We are developing a breakthrough patented tracking technology based on 3D vision for manufacturing industries. The solution consists of a tracking device with embedded 3D cameras to attach onto all types of hand-tools (drills, torque tools, screwdrivers, etc.) and an app that displays interactive guidance for workers. Our tracking device makes it possible to monitor in real time the position of the tool it is attached to and thus have the digital guarantee that an operation is properly performed.
We are currently working with the top aerospace and automotive French industrials such as Airbus, Thales, Safran, PSA, ArianeGroup and others. Today we have several open positions : software engineers, developers, sales internships, etc. for full time jobs or internship. We just raised a €5m Seed round and we need to go from 10 to 25 employees in less than a year!
