Job and recruitment context

We’re looking for talented software engineers to join our team and work on exciting projects. Whether you specialize in frontend, backend, or full-stack development, we want to hear from you! 

You will be at the heart of our MedTech mission, actively contributing to the development of remote cardiac monitoring solutions.

🥇 Background

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in TypeScript
• Solid experience with at least one of the following technologies:
• Backend: Node.js and frameworks (NestJS, Express)
• Frontend: Modern frameworks (Angular) and styling (SASS)
• Architecture: Message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

• Experience with REST API design and relational databases (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

You will:

• Develop and maintain backend APIs using TypeScript/NestJS
• Demonstrate expertise in frontend technologies (Angular, HTML, CSS) and their impact on user experience
• Implement scalable and high-performance architectures, following best practices
• Ensure code quality and security through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Adhere to MedTech industry quality standards and related regulations

Recruitment process (based on the team process) 

• 1. First Interview with HR or Tech Team (30-60 min) 
• 2. Technical Interview with Tech Team (120 min) (codingame OR refactoring OR architecture exercice depending your level of experience)
• 3. Final Interview with Louay (CTO) (60-90min) 
• 4. Reference check
• 5. Job Offer (usually follows within 72 hours 🤞)

• For this job (type of contract), you have a base salary (and variable) depending on your experience
