Job and recruitment context

Vous rejoindrez ensuite l'équipe Customer Success « Insuffisance cardiaque » pour prendre en charge tous les patients atteints d'insuffisance cardiaque inclus dans la télésurveillance.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une secrétaire médicale passionnée et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe infirmière dédiée à la gestion des patients en télésurveillance de leur insuffisance cardiaque. Si vous êtes motivé(e) par l'idée d'aider les patients à mieux gérer leur santé, cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Missions :

Assurer les relances des patients non observants concernant la pesée et les questionnaires de symptômes.

Faciliter l'inclusion des patients dans notre programme de télésurveillance.

Maîtriser notre plateforme et les outils numériques (Suite Google, Notion, etc.).

Être à l'écoute des patients et établir un bon contact avec eux.

Identifier et remonter les problèmes techniques, tout en investiguant pour trouver des solutions.

Profil recherché :

Expérience en secrétariat médical souhaitée.

Bonne maîtrise des outils numériques.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.

Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité d'écoute.

Capacité d'adaptation face aux évolutions de notre plateforme et de notre service ainsi que face aux besoins des patients et des centres prescripteurs.

• For this job (permanent), you have a base salary depending on your experience
• Company equity (BSPCE)
