Your mission:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success International, you work closely with the Customer Success team based in France to make sure our clients are satisfied and engaged. You are a pioneer in the development of customer relationship for Implicity in North America, being responsible for a whole new market that is key for the company.

Outcomes:
• You are involved during the pre-sales cycle to support our salespeople to close deals
• You deal with the entire onboarding process to quickly onboard our new clients (in less than 2 months) and train our new users
• You manage and nurture the relationship with our clients and enable them to scale up their remote patient monitoring activity thanks to our solution, our playbook and sharing best practices
• You achieve a high-level of customer satisfaction with the objective to keep our fantastic 0% client churn performance
• You collect intelligence from the market and our clients to feed our product development roadmap
• You promptly address questions and technical issues reported by our clients
• You are the company face to our clients for managing specific projects with the support of our experts in charge of the delivery (ex: EHR integration)


Profil recherché

Competencies:
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship in the medical sector at a company delivering cardiac remote monitoring services to medical centers (e.g. cardiac devices manufacturers, Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities)
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that you will use to build a close relationship with our clients
• You have an entrepreneurial attitude and can combine hands-on assignments with strategic thinking
• You know how to address challenging clients and tackle product issues
• You know how to onboard a client on a new solution and lead successfully a project
• You provide attention to detail and can understand technical issues even if you are not an expert
• You are rigorous and know how to adapt yourself in an agile environment
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• You have a strong work-ethic
