We're hiring a CRM & Systems Admin for a brand-new role to join and expand our Operations team.
🥇 Background
- Engineer’s degree OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM & Systems Management .
🥈 Your missions
Reporting to Lucie, our COO, and acting as stakeholder, you will be in charge of our Systems & CRM.
Working as a partner with our Revenue Operations Manager, you will have to set the new standards on how to measure performance across our Revenue Funnel thanks to optimized and automatized systems.
You will be working on:
- System Administration:
- Manage and maintain the CRM platform and related business systems
- Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings
- Implement system updates and enhancements to optimize functionality
- Data Management & Integrity:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop automated solutions for data cleansing and deduplication
- Integration & Automation:
- Design and implement integrations between CRM and other business applications
- Create workflows and automation to streamline business processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- User Support & Training:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users
- Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to maximize user adoption

We are currently creating our Revenue Operations Team, with both Revenue Operations profiles and System Admin. We are looking as much for our First System Admin then for our possible future Head of Revenue Operations or Lead System Admin.

Hardskills:
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or others.
As Salesforce is being used by Implicity commercial teams, candidate with good Salesforce knowledge will be prioritized
- Apex & Python skills required

- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Knowledge of SaaS Revenue modeling and key performance metrics is a plus..

- For this job (CDI - full time), your base salary will be between 50k to 60k depending on your experience
