Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier is a financial technology entrepreneur who began his career at Credit Agricole Indosuez in London as a trader in the emerging market debt and currency markets. In 2006, he created Cambiste.com, the first regulated foreign exchange brokerage firm in France. His company was acquired by Saxo Bank in 2008, helping the business to become a leading broker for Forex and CFD trading. In 2011, he became Global Head of Western Europe for Saxo Bank and opened the Dutch, Belgian and Italian offices for the Danish group. With this powerful technical and entrepreneurial background, Pierre-Antoine Dusoulier created iBanFirst in 2013 with one goal in mind: helping companies accelerate their international reach by making foreign currency payments effortless thanks to technology.

Angéline joined iBanFirst in 2023 as Lead Product Manager and currently holds the position of Group Product Manager. Prior to iBanFirst, she spent five years at Carrefour, where she contributed to the development of new business lines for both stores and e-commerce. She also served as Customer Journey Manager, focusing on web and mobile app platforms. Following this, she spent two years at Xpollens (Banking-as-a-Service provider and BPCE subsidiary) where she worked as Product Manager with a particular focus on new offerings. She derives her greatest professional fulfillment from working in creative environments where collective intelligence takes center stage.

It is said that law leads to everything, but after five years of law school, Clément chose to turn towards compliance. After some experience in consulting, insurance, and banking, he joined iBanFirst in 2022 as an ML Reporting Officer for the French office. Now at the helm of the AML department, he thrives in serving the group while keeping a local presence.
"We are to the business what the tutor is to the plant; we guide and ensure sustainable growth," he says, describing his team's role.

Graduating from a business school, I started my career with three years of experience as a Sales professional in a recruitment agency. I then spent over three years in the advertising industry, where I strengthened my sales skills and my ability to manage client relationships. In September 2024, I joined iBanFirst as a Sales representative. My role consists of identifying new prospects and supporting my clients in managing their international operations by offering solutions tailored to their needs in payments and foreign exchange risk management. My goal is to develop long-term partnerships maximizing the added value for my clients in their international projects.

Fatimata is a graduate of INSA Rouen. Her curiousness, combined with her passion for mathematics led her to choose a career in Data. In line with her previous experiences and definitely convinced by the product, it is with no hesitation that she chose to join Ibanfirst to lead the Data Analytics team. With the great help of the Data rockstars within the team, she worked to spread a data-driven culture among the company by providing data insights to business teams. What she prefers the most at work ? Her team, obviously! (And the fact that her job allows her to speak with all other teams and stakeholders.) She has 2 other passions that she loves to share with her colleagues : Eating cookies and indoor cycling (#balance)

Vincent started his career in data at CNRS, where he sharpened his analytical skills and developed a passion for complex models. He then spent three years in the finance sector before joining iBanFirst in 2024 as a Forex developer.
What drives him? Building robust and high-performance applications for currency trading and exploring the interactions between finance, data, and technology.
Curious and pragmatic, he enjoys both optimizing a tech stack and breaking down a business model.
Working in a team, continuously learning, and aligning rigor with innovation are at the core of his daily life.
And a little advice: put away your packets of cookies, he’ll leave you with nothing but crumbs.

Maxime graduated in 2011 and then joined an engineering consulting firm in which he developed complex infrastructures (High Performance and Resiliency). He was part of the “Hosting Service & IT Facilities Management” team, in charge of maintaining a base of 400 servers. He has experience working on On-Premise Infrastructure and Cloud Infrastructure. Automation and Industrial Deployment is one of his passion, as a good system administrator is a lazy administrator 😊. Maxime also likes to cook Neapolitan pizza for his colleagues!

After few years working in the fashion industry at an international level, Nina wanted to create a shift in her career and to have a new challenge, she joined iBanFirst in October 2019. She started as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Paris, then she was promoted to FX Sales Executive and she is now SDR Manager in France. What is Nina’s role now? She is dedicated to coach and develop her team. She trains the SDR, she helps them to develop their skills and to reach their targets in order for them to become FX Sales Executive.
