Who are they?

Hublo builds a simple and user-friendly digital platform to help hospitals, clinics and retirement homes find staff easily and efficiently, so that they can refocus on their core mission: saving lives.

Better managing staff on a daily basis, saving time and improving the quality of life at work are strong issues highlighted by the Covid-19 crisis. During this crisis, pursuing its mission, Hublo pro bono offered its platform by creating the initiative #Renforts-Covid, to encourage solidarity among healthcare professionals. In partnership with 11 of the 13 regional branches of the Health Ministry in France, Hublo helped gather more than 60,000 volunteer professionals in 2 months, who supported 6,000 healthcare facilities in crucial need for extra-hands during this epidemic.

As of now, Hublo is deployed in almost 2,500 healthcare facilities and is used by more than 600,000 healthcare professionals, thus contributing to the healthcare system digitization and to the hospital of the future.

From +130 team members today in Paris and Sophia-Antipolis, the Hublo team is still growing in France and beyond. Recently, they opened an office in Cologne in Germany.

Job description

France being our initial and primary market, we are hiring a General Manager (Directeur/ice Général(e) France) to lead our growth, retention and expansion strategies in the country. We started as a niche HR product provider, to solve the replacement problem in healthcare facilities, and we are now accelerating to become the leading digital HR solution in Europe, transforming how hospitals recruit, manage and engage their talents.

As a member of the Executive Committee with a key leadership role, you will define and implement Hublo’s strategy in France, in order to double Hublo recurring revenues every year, while ensuring the highest degree of satisfaction to our clients and users.

Building and leading the team in Sales, Marketing and Client Relations (60 people so far), you will be responsible to deliver +€25M in new ARR within 24 months of joining.

This position should evolve towards a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) role as other geographies business will grow significantly.


Working with founders and cross-functional leaders, you will be accountable for all revenues generation at Hublo in France, as well as customers & users retention and satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our industry, products, product messaging and competitor landscape
  • Deeply understand what makes Hublo unique and creatively build and test go-to-market strategies that can scale quickly and add a huge amount of value to our customers
  • Define and implement the optimal organization to ensure hyper-growth of revenues and usage, while maintaining cohesion and best practices sharing
  • Develop Sales, Customer Success and Marketing strategies to establish new business in key segments, through experimentation, operations enablement and effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Build and strengthen the largest community of healthcare professionals in France and generate value for them, directly or through solutions provided to their employer
  • Be the voice of our customers and users: you listen to our customers and collaborate with our product team to make our products evolve
  • Implement the relevant processes, reporting and tools to drive performance across your teams and the entire company
  • Build and hire a global team of excellent managers and individual contributors who can build on global best practices and deliver success in their area - and who actively collaborate and create a truly unique work environment
  • Motivate, lead and inspire a high-performing global culture that reflects Hublo’s ambition, values and customer centricity

Preferred experience

  • 10+ years experience working within a high-growth BtoB SaaS company, with the ability to collaborate with founders and senior leaders to create a vision and go-to-market strategy that can scale quickly
  • Track record of owning and driving a successful multi-product SaaS organization to achieve goals in all areas of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success execution, including lead generation, pipeline management, closing deals, launching & growing existing accounts and ensuring the highest degree of satisfaction for users
  • Experience in sharing a compelling vision and building long term thriving relationships with customers, being a highly trusted partner and differentiating from competition
  • Accomplished leader with proven experience in building, hiring, managing and scaling a high-performing, global sales, marketing and customer success teams; you will have demonstrated very strong people leadership
  • Tech savvy individual with strong interest for tech products that change the daily life of professionals
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver, refusing to take “no” for an answer and with a hands-on approach
  • Data-driven mindset with a history of decision-making based on business metrics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and French
