Rencontrez Julien Lesage, Fondateur & CEO
A bit gifted, and maybe a bit eccentric too. Julien first pursued a career in archery, since Formula 1 wasn’t an option. After collecting several national titles, it was time to find a real life project. From small entrepreneurial adventures in high school to something serious in 2016 with Hubcycle, he has always chased bold ideas. The mission: combine profitability with sustainability. Science is his religion, design and art his balance. With a Breton accent and a love for Provence, he spreads Hubcycle’s vision to food industry leaders — somewhere between fishing trips and mushroom foraging.
Our sourcing, sales, and product managers are the bridge between partners, customers, and innovation. They identify new upcycling opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure our products meet both market needs and sustainability goals.

While still a young engineering student, Samy joined the team for his end-of-studies internship. Addicted to cooking and blessed with innate common sense (and taste!), he quickly became passionate about food upcycling. Since then, this Hubcycle ingredient guru has never looked back, and now knows them all like the back of his hand (or rather, like his favorite cookbook). His ultimate dream? That food upcycling becomes so normal in our lives that he can embark on his ultimate quest. But he'll tell you all about that himself.

Fresh out of college, Armand arrived like Indiana Jones, ready to conquer lost deposits. His passion? Finding needles in haystacks while exploring unknown lands in his van. With boundless generosity and restless feet, he unleashes his superpowers to unearth the most elusive deposits and blow his colleagues away at ping-pong. Boom!
