Role & Missions 

As a Sourcing Manager, your role is key.
Increase business velocity by ensuring rapid and stable access to strategic lateral flow repositories.
This position requires knowledge of industrial processes, food engineering, manufacturing best practices, and natural abilities in B2B strategy. 

You will focus on the early stages of our supplier lifecycle, more specifically, mapping, prioritizing and sampling products. Being the first point of contact with suppliers, you must also perfectly position Hubcycle for future collaboration, while maintaining a down-to-earth approach with your industry suppliers. 

Thus, the position includes mastering the negotiation process such as  positioning, closing and B2B user experience in complex environments. Particular attention to supplier constraints will allow you to achieve your objectives. 

This position involves great dedication to problem solving and excellent working relationships.

Your position requires being in constant communication with all of the company's teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of objectives.

As an expert, you build loyalty and develop your supplier portfolio, you ensure the quality of deliverables and the development of your product portfolio.

The team around you

You will be supported by the Head of Sourcing for the sourcing technical aspects and the Global Category Manager for the product specificities & knowledge part.The team around you is also made of category experts who will provide you with all the knowledge and direction you need to be fully effective in a short period of time. Leveraging your teammates in sales, quality, product development, logistics or finance will also be key to succeed in this role.

Must-Haves 

• 4-7 years of experience in sourcing raw materials around this Juice Concentrates & Derivatives category.
• Education in agronomy is essential - can be compensated by strong technical knowledge gained with experience.
• You have a solid knowledge of the food industry processes and its practices.
• You like to play out of your confort zone, to address new ùarkets  and look for new knowledges.

Nice-to-Haves

• You know about extraction adsorption columns (resin-based) used in Nutraceutical

Salary and conditions 

• Contract : Permanent -Full-time
• Status : Cadre 
• Workplace : Avignon (South of France) 
• No remote for this position 
• Salary : up to 50k€ gross/year. To be fine tuned according profile and experience + uncapped attractive bonus scheme
