Join our Commercial Planning & Transformation department to drive organizational culture. As our Engagement & Communications Expert, you will build the strategy to drive belonging and performance visibility within the CRO organization. Your role is vital in shaping how we communicate vision, wins, and challenges to keep our global team motivated and aligned

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Design the annual internal communications strategy and narrative for the commercial organization to maximize engagement.
  • Oversee the production of high-impact internal content, ensuring it aligns with messaging from all other departments.
  • Communicate the strategic direction of the commercial journey by linking daily actions to Malt’s OKRs.
  • Develop recognition frameworks that celebrate values-based wins and top performance beyond standard quotas.
  • Implement programs that foster a culture of "Fun & Joy" and build a strong sense of team belonging.
  • Analyze employee engagement data, such as eNPS and content open rates, to measure the ROI of our culture.
  • Coach senior leadership on the most effective ways to deliver complex messages or celebrate milestone wins
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • High level education ideally in Communications, Marketing, or Human Resources.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a strategic role within a commercial organization.
  • Speak and write English on a native level to draft inspiring narratives for our international workforce.
  • Proven expertise in translating dense strategic concepts into compelling stories that drive measurable behavioral change.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and communication tools to identify which channels drive the most significant impact.
  • How to join the mission? 🚀

  • First call with Agathe, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview with your future manager, Jihane, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
  • Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by one of the Commercial leaders in order to assess your technical skills
  • Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
