Descriptif du poste

As Ambassador Program Manager, you will be responsible for engaging, and empowering our community of brand ambassadors.

Your goal: to strengthen their engagement, ensure they feel valued and connected, and optimize the overall program to make it a key strategic driver for brand visibility and community growth.

You will also be responsible for supporting, empowering and helping the HomeExchange’s team to take the most of our ambassadors.

Missions

#1 - Ambassadors Animation & Engagement

  • Design and write a bi-monthly ambassador newsletter featuring updates, stories, key figures, and exclusive content.

  • Coordinate with the brand & communication team to share brand and product updates with ambassadors before public launches.

  • Organize and host webinars (or physical events if applicable) to share product updates or brand news.

  • Ensure every ambassador feels onboarded, recognized, and motivated to participate actively, and that their role and responsibilities are clear.

  • Animate the community of ambassadors through Slack

#2 - Program Optimization

  • Optimisation of the current missions : processes, communication flows, engagement tools etc…

  • Optimisation of the program process :

    • Better evaluate motivations, interests, and affinities for better mission matching and talent identification.

    • Ask feedbacks to identify friction points and propose improvements to enhance ambassador satisfaction and efficiency.

#3 - Ambassadors’ program new missions

  • Work with the community team to create and launch new ambassador missions aligned with brand and business objectives (online reputation & presence, events, visibility campaigns, grow community of members, etc.).

  • Presentation and onboarding of ambassadors into new missions

  • Monitor and analyze mission performance to track impact and engagement metrics.

#4 - Recognition, Reporting & Follow-up

  • Manage rewards and recognition programs (compensations, gifts).

  • Keep all tracking tools and dashboards up to date.

  • Prepare community performance reports with key insights and recommendations.

  • Participate in cross-team meetings to ensure missions’ objectives are met



Profil recherché

Key skills

  • Community Building & Relationship Management: foster connections, facilitate group discussions, unite and motivate international communities, understand member motivations, and tailor actions to their needs.

  • Communication: craft newsletters, guides, and ambassador resources; create compelling multilingual content.

  • Organization & Project Management: manage calendars, communications, onboarding journeys, and follow-up actions efficiently.

  • Event Planning: organize meetups, webinars, and large-scale gatherings like Ambassadors Day.

  • Languages: fluent in French and English; Spanish or Italian is a plus.

Profile

  • 3–5 years’ experience in community management, community building, managing ambassador programs, or similar roles.

  • Proven experience in project management : ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver on deadlines.

  • Strong sense of community and authentic communication: excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and curiosity about people, you love connecting with people and building communities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & French are a plus).

  • Highly organized, autonomous, and creative.

  • Comfortable working in a multilingual environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
