Descriptif du poste

You own the execution backbone of Homaio. It is a role that is heavy on data, processes, and AI-based automation. Your core responsibility is to ensure that operations work, every day, at scale, without surprised.

You also will be highly involved with every other mission-critical teams while deploying AI across the board - from interacting with our database to extracting marketing campaign data, generating content, or supporting clients.

This is a challenging role at the intersection of business, tech, and operations for someone with at least 2-3 years of fintech experience and prior exposure to high-intensity environments (early stage startups, PE/VC funds, tier-one consulting firms, investment banking…).

You will be tasked with :

Operations & Execution (core)

  • Improving Homaio’s execution engine, with the tech, legal, and product teams, as we scale. You own and run pre-trade, trade, and post-trade workflows

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability across all money-moving and client-facing operations

  • Supporting clients with any operational issues as they arise.

Process & Scalability

  • Design, document, and systematically improve end-to-end operational processes across Homaio’s activities. You identify operational risks, edge cases, and failure points and fix them before they become problems.

  • Turn ad-hoc workflows into repeatable, auditable systems

  • Select and manage external partners (KYC, payment processors, data providers, orchestration tools).

Data & business intelligence

  • Provide teams with clear, reliable, operational data

  • Build and maintain dashboards to support, daily, monthly, and quarterly decision-making

  • Use AI and automation as leverage to reduce manual work and error rates (KYC/AML checks and monitoring, transaction execution & reconciliation checks, client needs triage and level one support, internal reporting, content creation…)

Your role is to ensure Homaio remains a lean and efficient machine, executing a high volume of trades on liquid markets, while consistently delivering our promise at an extreme level of operational excellence. As an early team member, you will also be expected to help us grow and improve as a company, defend our culture and values, and constantly challenge and improve our processes.

Profil recherché

You will be a good fit if:

  • You have 2–3 years of experience in a high-stakes environment involving real money, transactions, or operational complexity (fintech, marketplaces, ops-heavy startups, strong execution exposure)

  • You have an outstanding level of energy. We will give outsized importance to motivation, valuing candidates that deeply care about their work and have the innate ability to go the extra mile.

  • You have a very strong analytical sense and critical thinking. You will work daily with multiple data sources, LLMs, and AI wrappers. You are deeply reliability-oriented and allergic to operational sloppiness

  • You are highly independent and organized. You take responsibility for your work, and for your errors. You can take on large volumes of work on vast functional scopes, and are comfortable switching from one topic to another while maintaining a high level of impact.

  • Proactive, with a strong “get things done” attitude, and a bias for action and execution. You maintain a high standard of delivery and a constant attention to details to deliver at the expected level of professionalism. You can “figure it out”, even in the presence of ambiguity or uncertainty. You are resourceful and know how to get the information you need to deliver.

  • A great attitude and ability to collaborate with a small team in a high stakes, low stability environment. You bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the team.

  • Fluent in English, French, and numbers.
