Le poste

Descriptif du poste

As a Founder Associate, you will work directly with the CEO and support the entire organization in delivering its top priorities.

You will be involved across strategy, operations, finance, and communication, with real ownership and accountability. This is not a passive support role.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a daily extension of the CEO: preparing internal and external communications, structuring decisions, and facilitating execution across teams

  • Managing and improving financial, operational, and investor reporting

  • Creating high-stakes materials: board decks, investor updates, client presentations

  • Designing and improving processes, dashboards, and internal tools, including AI-based, across the company

  • Owning or coordinating at least one strategic company project end-to-end

  • Taking direct responsibility over specific operational scopes (e.g. trade execution support, customer operations, content production, internal tooling)

You will be expected to figure things out, move fast, and maintain a high standard of execution - even when the path is not clearly defined.

Profil recherché

You are likely a strong fit if you:

  • Are a top-tier graduate student from a leading European business or engineering school

  • Have experience in high-intensity environments (early-stage startups, VC/PE, tier-one consulting, investment banking, scale-ups)

  • Have exceptional energy and drive, and genuinely care about delivering impact

  • Can produce clear, structured, professional outputs (Excel, PowerPoint, written memos)

  • Are fluent in French and English

  • Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and can defend your reasoning

  • Are highly autonomous, organized, and resourceful

  • Thrive in ambiguity, take ownership naturally, and have a strong “get things done” mindset

  • Enjoy working in small teams where responsibility comes early

This role is probably not for you if :

  • You seek strong guidance or clearly defined tasks

  • You are uncomfortable with ambiguity or responsibility

  • You prefer observing rather than owning outcomes
