Holidu offers a booking platform for vacation rentals in the most sought after holiday destinations in Europe. You’ll join our vibrant Business Development team of 18 talented Sales and Partnership Managers from 12 nationalities, spread across three European locations. This diverse, collaborative team works together to fuel Holidu’s growth. As our Partnership Manager for Southern Europe, you’ll report to the Team Lead of Business Development Southern Europe and work closely with Technical Account Management (TAM) and other teammates to nurture and grow partnerships in the Southern European market. This role is your chance to dive in, learn fast, and make a tangible impact from day one.

Elevate partner performance: Use data and metrics to spot errors, improve online visibility, and make booking a breeze for guests, enhancing the quality of our partners’ presence on the platform.
Boost partner value: Upsell and upgrade existing collaborations by promoting Holidu Payments and improving commercial conditions to enhance partner success.
Keep things running smoothly: Follow CRM workflows, meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication with partners to gather essential info and keep the onboarding process on track.
Be an onboarding trailblazer: You’ll guide new partners in Southern Europe onto the Holidu platform, ensuring they’re set up for success from the get-go.
Expand our reach: Increase the number of searchable properties by onboarding new partners and optimizing existing ones, growing our platform’s selection in Southern Europe.
Bridge business and tech: Collaborate with Technical Account Management and Business Development teams to configure partners in our systems, run test bookings, and ensure seamless integrations.
A degree in Business Administration, Tourism, IT, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Comfort with tech and digital tools, you’re not afraid to dive into systems and figure things out.
A sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organized, because the small stuff matters.
A process-oriented mindset with solid analytical skills to optimize partner performance.
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude to collaborate across departments.
A proactive, hands-on approach, you can work independently, manage your time, and hit the ground running.
Near-native French skills. Fluent English skills.
Driving license - good to have.
