As part of eFounders Core Team - alongside with Meg (Lead Product Designer), Victor & Nic (Product) and Quentin (GTM), you will bring your product design expertise to help kickstart new startups across various sectors and impart your know-how to the founders.

This is a key responsibility to get them from 0 to 1 and set them on the right path for success.

Your mission : shape the user experience of our next world-class products, from user experience (UX) - working with Founders & Product Managers - to visual design (UI).

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Design our projects’ first MVPs.

• Participating to research interviews with our product design partners to drive user experience decisions.

• Identifying customers’ problems and solve them with simple & innovative UX/UI design solutions.

• Autonomy & pro-activity: A complete ownership is entrusted to the designers so that they can actively bring their expertise and work hand-in-hand with our Founders.

• Thorough & organized - You master multitask, you’re able to effectively manage & juggle with 2 projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities.

• Detail oriented - You take part in clean & simple interfaces and are excited to keep pushing until your work is pixel-perfect!

• Team player - You are used to cross-functional teams. Sharing Work In Progress, asking to be challenged and sharing ideas contribute constructively to collective goals! Progress comes from collaboration & teamwork.

• Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment : Being able to adapt to an-ever changing environment and driving change among stakeholders (early-stage environment). Not afraid to jump on unfamiliar subject.
