You will join a team of talented individuals as a React Native Fullstack Developer. Under the supervision of Joey –our Chief Technology Officer–, you will take on the ambitious challenge of helping bring Hero’s technology at scale but mostly develop our future mobile application.

To make it a real success, your missions will be to :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.

• Collaborate with the “Business Account” team (product and development experts) to design and implement features.

• Be an expert in the lifecycle of mobile apps (design, development, deployment)

• Actively participate in the design and architecture of innovative technical solutions

• Ensure code quality and application performance

• Proactively address issues and propose improvements

• Participate in writing technical specifications and developing architectural plans to ensure efficient and high-quality implementation.

• Ensure code quality by performing unit and integration tests and implementing good development practices.

• Optimize application performance and resolve scalability issues.

• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.

This position provides a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the initial development of Hero’s “Mobile” channel.

Your  Profile ?  🦸

• Proven experience in mobile application development you have years of experience in web development with React Native.

• Have deployed an app in production on the two major stores

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript technologies

• Thorough understanding of how a tech team operates, the roles of each team member, and a critical perspective on team optimization

• Expert in development, you master unit testing, continuous integration and version control

• You understand the Agile and Software Craftsmanship philosophies

• Problem solver, you are able to demonstrate autonomy, calm and serenity in solving complex situations

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Autonomy, precision, and attention to detail

• Conscientious and rigorous to code quality and user experience, you know that the devil is in the details

• Team player, you enjoy working with your colleagues

• Entrepreneurial mindset : you are comfortable both with starting from a blank page, and maintaining existing code. You are pragmatic, not dogmatic.

• Flexible : you adapt easily to fast-track and high-growth environment

• Speaking french fluently is mandatory
