Your Ownership ? 💪

As a Growth Operations Intern, you will join the Head of Growth and take on the ambitious challenge of building the next generation of sales operations. You’ll be working hands in hands with the international SDR team to provide the best leads possible . 

Are you up for this exciting challenge ? 🚀

As a true key partner of the Growth Team, your missions will be to :  

  • Define the strategy’s scraping on marketplaces with our freelance team and be their main point of contact

  • Provide weekly leads to the SDR team following the process already established

  • Improve constantly our lead generation process

  • Work closely with the Head of Growth in various projects (such as the creating and maintaining of no code automation on Make and Zapier) and report to him directly


Profil recherché

Your profile  ?  🦸

  • Graduate of an engineering or business school, a previous experience in the growth department, fintech, financial services industry or in consulting firms is definitely a plus !

  • Analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data and you are not afraid of learning new technical skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset : you love to start from a blank sheet and think out of the box

  • Business Acumen : you understand business challenges 

  • Flexible : you adapt easily to fast-track and high-growth environment

  • Doer : you are able to get your hands dirty with the ambition to lift mountains

  • Data driven : you never lose sight of your goal and give yourself all the means to achieve it 

  • Speak english fluently, french is a plus
