As a Growth Engineer,  you will join the Head of Growth and take on the ambitious challenge of building the next generation of sales operations. You’ll be working on a greenfield project at the crosspath of tech and business .

As a Growth Engineer, your missions will be to :  

• Supervise the implementation and continuous improvement of internal tools

  • Build our internal market monitoring tool to prioritize leads for the sales team

  • Helps ops and HR teams by automating daily tasks

• Create, feed, and maintain our prospection database by implementing crawlers (with help from the tech team for infrastructure).

  • To monitor our market, we get fresh data from the source. You’ll be responsible for cron crawlers to gather data,  build data pipelines, store it into our internal data warehouse.

• Automate our process by connecting the tools used by our team through APIs 

  • Scale API flows made by no code tools (make, Zapier) 

  • Enrich existing flows by creating webhook

Your profile ?  🦸

• Graduate of an engineering or business school, you have at least 2  years of experience in Python programming ( Numpy, Pandas, BeautifulSoup or Selenium)

• Entrepreneurial mindset : you love to start from a blank sheet and think out of the box

• Business Acumen : you understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions

• Flexible : you adapt easily to fast-track and high-growth environment

• Experience in a fintech, in financial services industry or in a marketplace  is a plus

• Doer : you are able to get your hands dirty with the ambition to lift mountains

• Data driven : you never lose sight of your goal and give yourself all the means to achieve it 

• Speak English and French fluently
