As a Customer Support Specialist, your missions will be to:
Handle and resolve all customer support tickets in French, Spanish, Italian, and German with high quality and responsiveness.
Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional onboarding and ongoing customer care, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the RIST and Compliance teams to support onboarding processes and maintain compliance standards.
