Your Ownership ? 💪

As a Compliance Officer, you will join the Compliance team and take on the ambitious project of preparing Hero to operate as a regulated Payment Institution. Are you up for this exciting challenge ? 🚀

Your missions will be :

  • Preparation of the internal control agenda

  • Preparation of templates for the various internal control points

  • Assistance in the drafting of operational procedures

  • Realization of KYB controls

  • Testing of the KYB tool

  • Connection to European company and beneficial owner registers

  • Various legal research

  • Reporting to the Head of Compliance


Profil recherché

Your  Profile  ?  🦸

  • Law school student, with at least 1 year of experience in compliance

    Experience in a fintech, in financial services industry or in consulting firms is a plus

  • Good communication skills (oral and written), you’re able to talk to experienced interlocutors

  • Rigorous and organized, you are able to handle several subjects at once while respecting your ETAs

  • Autonomous, you take initiatives to change the status quo

  • Agile and flexible : you adapt easily to fast-track and high-growth environment

  • Speak english and french fluently
