We are opening the first John Lobb Shop in Shop in Germany in September 2022.

Situated on the first floor of Kadewe, it displays the John Lobb collections on about 50 Sq meters of sales floor.

 

Ambassador of La Maison John Lobb, you offer an irreproachable welcome and service to German & international customers in order to advise and sell our exceptional shoes.

In this context, you will be more specifically in charge of:

- Greating customers and selling John Lobb shoes, belts and cleaning products.

- Contributing to turnover of store through selling.

- Polishing, glazing and in charge of the maintenance of shoes.

- Management of stock flows in this new shop in shop.

- CRM and clienteling

Principales activités

1) Operational missions on the sales floor

  • Question customers to understand their needs while helping them discovering the spirit of our collections.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills to discover more about the client and to develop loyalty and long lasting relations.
  • Respond to their expectations by offering them wise advice in order to significantly develop the store's sales.
  • Offer quality after-sales service in order to build customer loyalty and transform difficult situations into market opportunities.
  • Demonstrate excellence in the service you provide in store to our customers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all John Lobb products
  • Ensure the staging of the products as well as the perfect maintenance of the point of sale.
  • Assist in after-sales service management under the responsibility of the Wholesale Manager and in connection with our production sites.
  • Wax, polish and perfectly maintain the shoes and boots of the house's customers.

 

2) Stock and back-office management

  • Coordinate stock and flow management actions,
  • Participate in the products ordering, receiving and inventory maintenance processes.
  • Participate in tasks related to the sale (inventories, cleanliness of the store, unpacking, labelling, etc.) in a spirit of versatility and availability.
  • Make sure to comply with store procedures (cash register, troubleshooting, after-sales service, security, etc.).

Maintain store standards and become familiar with daily procedures,

  • Contribute to the compilation, maintenance and use of an accurate customer database in support of CRM initiatives.
  • Contribute to maintaining a dynamic of performance and enthusiasm within the team
  • Participate in security activities within company guidelines and ensure, to the extent possible, that inventory or other assets are not exposed to unnecessary risk.
  • Develop CRM and Clienteling with digital tools and new digital means of communication (phoning, distance selling, etc.)
  • Undertake projects and gain responsibilities under the direction of the Manager.

  • At least 2 years of relevant customer facing experience in luxury retail or another high-end service environment
