YOUR ROLE

  • You willbe working for the world market leader in the adhesives industry, and you willbe making the link between Henkel and the distributors
  • You willbe a pioneer in the introduction of innovative products and sales concepts
  • You willbe part of an international team, covering the Benelux region, where teamworkis a priority
  • Personalresponsibility for your sales area and entrepreneurial action regarding prices,technology, and strategy
  • Key contact person for ourcustomers in areas such as mechanical and plant engineering, medical and electricalengineering, and industrial wholesaling
  • Technicaladvice and identification of potential savings through adhesive bonding anddispensing technology
  • Supportof your customers in development projects concerning new adhesive and sealantapplications - from the design of the joining point to tests and theintroduction of the new process
  • Targeteddevelopment of your tradin partners to promote joint growth
  • Acquiringnew customers and placing new innovative applications with your existing customers
  • Conducting trainings and workshops at the trade partners as well as the endcustomers

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previouswork experience in a technical commercial function in the industry or in fieldservice is an advantage
  • Goodwritten and spoken level of both French and English, with Dutch being an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Interestin industrial and innovative applications and willingness to activelyfamiliarize yourself with new topics and inspire our customer
  • Highlevel of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking to advance your field inthe long term
  • Opennessto self-reflection and to help shape your personal development
  • Willingness to travel within the region (mainly Belgium and Luxembourg,occasionally the Netherlands) and efficient self-organization in the homeoffice
  • Notafraid to do presentations in a digital/hybrid format, and comfortable withdelivering technical trainings
