Who are we ?

Heetch is a mobility service which launched in September 2013 in Paris and has seen strong growth ever since. Thousands of rides are made in France, Belgium, Morocco, and Algeria everyday. We are now expanding our business in Angola 🚀. With more than 2 million users in Europe and Africa, we’re proud to be amongst the most dynamic start-ups in those countries.

Our objective is simple: Make mobility easy and friendly.

What will be your role?

#TeamManagement:

You will manage the team of Operations Associates who will be your arm to achieve your objectives. You will be responsible for the results of the team that you will manage at best, by understanding it, motivating it and maintaining a good working atmosphere. 

#LifeCycle:

By joining the Supply team, you will be immersed in the wonderful world of Operations and driver life cycle management:

• Acquisition (how to find new drivers): manage and improve existing acquisition channels and develop new ones, and driver registration processes

• Retention (how to make them love the platform): improve the behavior and lifetime of drivers on the platform

• Commitment (how to maximize the frequency of use of the app): communicate effectively with drivers, monitor performance and come up with new ideas. 

#Community:

You’ll also want to make Heetch the driver’s favorite app: you’ll aim to create a real community of “Heetch” drivers. You will have to know the drivers perfectly (micro / macro, quanti / quali).The drivers must have the feeling of being accompanied by the members of the team, to become better, within a large family! The best channels will have to be defined and coordinated to achieve this objective:

• Offline: events, meetings, partnerships for drivers and others

• Online: community animation on networks, CRM campaigns

Who are you?

• You have already held a managerial position and supervised a team of several people

• You have acquired more than 3 years of experience in community leadership and project management

• You know how to communicate an idea effectively: short, clear & impactful

• You have an appetite for quantitative analysis

• You are able and willing to be on field and managing a team of street promoters

• A very good project manager: ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

• You are a creative and sales person

• You're bilingual both Portuguese and English

• You have experience working with Gsuit package and is comfortable with IT tools

• Excellent in oral and written communication: follower of social networks: you use facebook, participate in groups of online communities, and others even more creative to reach a large audience.

• Comfortable speaking and pedagogue: you like human contact and you adapt naturally to your audience

• Organized and rigorous: you manage to manage many topics in parallel, to prioritize. And if you have the analytical mind, that numbers don't scare you, it's even better ;)

• Multitask and autonomous: this is a startup, don't be afraid to get your hands dirty

• Proactive: follower of “test and learn”, you want to have an impact and you know how to take initiatives

• Data driven: thanks to the monitoring of KPIs that you put in place, you can effectively measure the impact of your actions and review your strategy accordingly.

• Hard-worker: you are passionate about what you do, you don't hesitate to go into the field, and you are involved in everything that is operational and that affects your perimeter 

• Creative: you are a force to improve processes, you always have new ideas to find the most relevant communication channels.

What's next

If your application is selected, the process will be composed of 3 steps:

1/ A first interview with the Country Launcher in charge of launching the business

2/ A second one with the Country Manager Angola

3/ A last one with the General Manager Africa
