JOB SUMMARY  

Prose on Pixels is looking for a Product Manager with a strong digital mindset to lead the implementation and evolution of our Adobe solution stack in France, including Workfront, Experience Manager, Firefly, and Fusion. In this role, you will drive the internal product vision, manage stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and ensure that Adobe technologies support and scale our creative and production workflows. This is not a purely technical or consulting role - it's about owning the product internally, building user-centric solutions, and showcasing the value of our stack to both internal teams and external clients. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Adobe stack in alignment with business goals.
  • Translate business needs into structured product requirements, user stories, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, creative, production) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead the deployment and continuous optimization of Adobe tools in France, ensuring user adoption and long-term value.
  • Support commercial teams by clearly articulating the value proposition of the Adobe stack to clients and prospects.
  • Stay informed on digital product best practices, workflow automation, and the evolving Adobe ecosystem.


PROFILE & SKILLS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, ideally in a creative, content, or marketing tech environment.
  • Strong experience with product discovery, iterative delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with project or workflow management tools (Workfront, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • A good understanding of creative operations, content production workflows, or marketing platforms is desirable.
  • Prior experience with Adobe solutions implementation is a plus.
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level and clients.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Digital Business, UX/UI, or any related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Adobe solutions, Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe), or Product Management (Pragmatic, AIPMM, etc.) are a plus
