We are seeking a professional with strong client-facing experience for:
- Support global clients by assisting local teams in executing and optimizing retail media campaigns, particularly on Amazon and other key retailers.
- Drive innovation and development within Havas Market by supporting the structuring of tools, offers, and processes that enhance both global strategies and local execution.
Mission & Responsibilities
GLOBAL CLIENT SUPPORT – RETAIL MEDIA
- Coordinate across global and local teams to drive campaign execution and consistency.
- Provide support in managing client relationships, ensuring campaigns align with objectives.
- Support adoption of global retail media guidelines and best practices across markets.
- Provide support and recommendations for RM campaigns on Amazon and other retailers.
GLOBAL CLIENT SUPPORT – PERFORMANCE & REPORTING
- Support markets in centralizing data and consolidating information.
- Analyze campaign and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to uncover meaningful patterns that drive strategic decisions.
HAVAS MARKET – INNOVATION & OFFER DEVELOPMENT
- Contribute to the development of Havas Market’s service and product offerings.
- Identify new opportunities through market monitoring, benchmarks trend and analysis.
- Support the design and implementation of new offers or innovative solutions.
HAVAS MARKET – TECH STACK & TOOLS
- Be a strong contributor to the development of Havas Market tools.
- Build new tools and support the adoption and optimization of Havas Media’s existing Global Tech Stack for Retail Media, including proprietary tools.
- Ensure local and global teams are trained and equipped to leverage in-house technologies effectively.
Previous Experience & Industry Background
- Master’s degree in business, Marketing or Digital communications.
- 5+ years of directly related experience in eCommerce. Mandatory expertise in Retail Media with hands-on experience in Amazon Ads & DSP, covering both trading & strategic consulting.

- Retail Media Expertise: Knowledge of Amazon and other retailer advertising platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to support and manage global clients effectively.
- Cross-Market Coordination: Experience working across global and local teams to ensure alignment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign and market data.
- Project Management: Organizing multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Tech & Tools Proficiency – Familiarity with platforms, analytics tools, and campaign tech stacks.
- Communication & Presentation Skills – Clear, concise reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking – Anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities and solutions.
- Adaptability & Learning Agility – Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and market dynamics.
- Additional Performance Marketing Knowledge: While retail media expertise is essential, familiarity with other performance marketing levers is highly appreciated.
