Havas Market is the performance and connected commerce specialists within the Havas Market Network and has built it’s proposition around the concept of unlocking the limitless performance of humans and technology. This business was re-launched as Havas Market in Jan 2025 when we brought together the legacy Havas Market business (marketplace and connected commerce specialists) together with Search Laboratory (a performance marketing specialist agency Havas acquired in 2021) to form an end-to-end performance marketing agency.
Havas Market has its own marketing and commercial functions yet also integrates fully with the Havas Media Network. Over the past 12 months Havas Market has secured new business wins across B2B and B2C from sectors such as SaaS, Education, Travel, Retail and eCommerce. Notable brands include Personio, Arsenal, MyZone, Kia, it luggage, Ocado and GoStudent.
The new business and marketing manager is a mid-level support role but is expected to forge strong working relationships with all Havas Market employees, all senior stakeholders, and key members of the wider Havas Village London (HVL). The new business and marketing manager should be highly organised and process-driven, with a desire to learn and be curious. This person will be required to work across multiple workstreams and projects at one time, whilst continually maintaining a high work standard. Staying calm and displaying a positive attitude whilst under pressure, and successfully managing upwards to ensure workload is always manageable. This person will be a champion across the agency, its processes, its people and its culture.
This person must demonstrate a passion digital/performance/retail/commerce. With a keen desire, willingness and curiosity to learn about agency marketing, overall running of the business, the clients we work with, the capabilities we deliver and the wider industry.
Staying abreast of new innovations, and competitors within the industry, to be able to contribute effectively to successful growth and running of the agencies.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ experience in media agencies, working in similar new business / marketing roles.
