  • Lead and supervise Quality Engineer Assistants and Laboratory Technicians
    * Recommend raw materials while ensuring an optimal cost-performance ratio
    - Actively support and contribute to R&D projects aligned with market trends and requirements
    * Ensure safety standards are met within your team and take proactive steps to enhance safety practices by identifying potential risks during site visits

Profil recherché

  • A university degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, construction, building materials, or equivalent experience
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally in the concrete industry or product quality management
    * Fluent in French & Dutch, with a good command of English
