Who we are?

HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up that has developed an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) software, designed to prevent, detect and neutralize attacks targeting workstations and servers. In 2024, our solution has incorporated EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) capabilities and monitoring tools to simplify IT infrastructure audits.

Since our founding in 2018, HarfangLab's technology has earned widespread recognition, winning prestigious awards and achieving the distinction of being the first ANSSI-certified EDR in 2020, followed by becoming the first to receive ANSSI qualification in 2025.

We have raised a total of €30 millions, enabling us to strengthen our teams and expand internationally across Europe. In just three years, HarfangLab’s workforce has nearly tripled, with the majority of its team members coming from technical backgrounds and dedicating themselves to R&D and continuous product enhancement.

Today, HarfangLab protects the endpoints of several hundred clients of all shapes and sizes, from CAC 40 corporations and government agencies to SMEs, hospitals, and local councils.

Who you are:

You’re hungry to grow a post-Series A cybersecurity scaleup with teams throughout the EU. You are as comfortable telling your manager that the status quo needs changing as you are swiftly adapting to a well-oiled GTM team and coordinating international event logistics in English and French (German is a plus.)

Someone telling you they don’t have the bandwidth to send personalized webinar invitations doesn’t deflate you – it motivates you to better understand Marketing, Sales, Channel, and CSM needs and to find a solution. It goes without saying you’re self-driven. You identify puzzles, then solve them with the people to the left and right of you.

Rigorous budget management and ROI analysis are in your DNA. You also don’t confuse autonomy (you’ll have plenty) with working in a silo (we break those). That’s why you have a reputation for overcommunicating and excelling in hybrid work. After all, it’s the results that count.

What will you do with us? 

As a member of the full-stack Marketing Team, you are responsible for prospect, client, and partner events throughout the EMEA region. Your role is to envision and execute with surgical precision the best in-person (and a few digital) experiences that HarfangLab can offer.

Let’s dig deeper. At HarfangLab, you will:

• Work alongside Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to build events that deliver on our Marketing promise to be the first 50% of the buyer’s journey – and frequently beyond
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align our event strategy with the global marketing strategy
• Report directly to the CMO on quantitative and qualitative results from the field
• Be responsible for all event logistics in France and internationally

About you

Requirements: 

• You are based in Paris: our HQ is in Paris, and the ability to regularly collaborate face-to-face with your colleagues remains important to our flexible-hybrid work culture, 
  
• 2+ years’ experience in Field Marketing and/or related field, ideally with additional experience in virtual events, 
• Proven success in a fast-paced, build-break-build startup environment, 
  
• Hands-on experience with marketing-sales automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and leveraging them to systematically measure your impact
  
• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken (C1 – C2 levels), 
  
• Major bonus: you have experience in the cybersecurity industry, 
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
