About Eclipso
Eclipso is a leader in immersive cultural experiences, with venues in Paris, Lyon, Seville, London and New York. We develop an international network of permanent VR centers and launch new immersive experiences every year in partnership with production studios Excurio & Small Creative.
We welcome both the general public and companies for B2B events, team buildings and private bookings, offering access to culture, travel and art through cutting-edge virtual reality.
We are currently looking for an International Marketing Assistant to join our central marketing team and support the growth of our European and US markets.

We also work on a daily basis with a team of expert freelancers : SEO Manager, Media Buyer, Creative team.
You will be joining a young, structured, ambitious and fast-growing team, at the very heart of Eclipso’s international development strategy.Main Mission
You will support the Head of Marketing and local teams in the international marketing execution across Spain, UK and US, playing a key role in:
The operational coordination of local marketing actions
CRM management & international social media accounts
The launch of new immersive experiences
Content production and adaptation
Key Responsibilities
1. Monthly coordination of local marketing actions (UK / Spain / US)
Monitor the progress of marketing activations (paid media, CRM, social, influence).
Daily follow-up with center managers in London, Seville, Barcelona and NY.
Produce and adapt marketing content per market in line with brand guidelines.
2. International CRM & Social Media Management
Prepare CRM content (copy + visuals) for Spain, the UK and the US.
Support the scheduling of newsletters and CRM campaigns.
Develop and adapt social media content for international accounts.
Ensure brand consistency and respect of visual and editorial guidelines.
3. Support for the launch of new experiences
Take part in benchmarks, competitor analysis and launch marketing plans.
Contribute to the creation of launch toolkits (PR, influence, social, retail).
Develop and adapt assets (formats, languages, creative briefs).
Ensure operational coordination between creative studios, the marketing team and local markets.
4. Analysis & Reporting
Consolidate and analyze the results of international marketing campaigns.
Identify simple insights: top-performing posts, best campaigns, feedback from local teams.
Profile we are looking for
Final-year student in marketing, communication or business
Strong interest in international marketing, entertainment and immersive cultural experiences
Excellent organizational skills, high level of rigor and ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable working in a multi-country and multicultural environment
Proactive, autonomous and a strong communicator
Creative skills are a plus (social media, content formats, basic design)
Fluent English is mandatory (daily communication)
